buy back clunkers
Did any of you see this thread about the Gov. buy back program for 20 + year old "clunkers" here? HELP, I went back to find it and I lost it.

You are referring to the California program correct?
It is my understanding they have several catchy names for their programs - California Cash for Clunkers, California Fleet Modernization Program, Enhanced Fleet Modernization Program, etc, etc but they all roll back into the program administered by the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and CARB. http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aqip/efmp/efmp.htm
