68 Chevy C-10 Turn Signal Question

Is this truck normally so fricken sensitive with the turnsignal cancellor? If I barely move wheel the opposite direction of turn it cancels all to easy. Is this normal or can I adjust the cam or sensitivity?

Re: 68 Chevy C-10 Turn Signal Question

Do you have a lot of play in the steering? The canceller is designed to turn the signal off once you turn steering wheel back in opposite direction. C/10-C/30 are all the same, and so are K/5-K/20

Will aftermarket switch/cam help? Other dudes reply was that 48 yr. old technology is limited. Just really want to know if it can be modified to not turn off so damn easy when when barely moving the steering wheel in opposite direction?
