Steering Wheel Install Issue

Not sure how to install this steering column and get the horn to work. This is a pic of my steering column and also the steer wheel with the install kit that came with it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I believe u throw on the black spacer then the metal plate the the steering wheel then the horn button. Not shure with the white pin by screws maby a new contact. For the old new replacement. All your doing is trying to make path to complete a circuit. .

I don't know, but is the install kit different for a tilt vs non-tilt? By the way what steering wheel is that? I have been looking for one similar.

I have no idea if the install kits are different. I bought the steering wheel off of ebay.
