68 Center Link Help

This a pic of what I removed from my 68 c10, as far as I can research that steering stabilizer is for sure not a stock item, I found out you cant find a new center link for my truck as I was trying to order to go with all the cpp stuff I ordered, starting to think this center link might be out of a later model truck can anyone help me out? I wanna order a stabilizer shock to replace this one to go with all my new stuff but cant find it and the lmc stabilizer shock isn't the same as this one.
