I did not have a sheet metal brake. I purchased a 4 inch pipe (14 ga.) from a salvage place and cut it length wise for the rounded corners, then just welded straight sheet metal to it. I don't have any photos. Makes for nice rounded corners but a little more welding.

I think I saw your tunnel on KillBillet. SPOILER ALERT! I like the frame idea - enables you to fabricate the tunnel off the truck. Spray paint was a good idea, too.
