Custom camper wide steelies

I have a set of 8 lug 16.5 x 9.75 steel wheels that I picked up a while back. They are stamped "F and H". They are 4 nub and clear disk brakes, they also hold a dog dish hub cap and look super sweet in my opinion with how deep the cap sits! I thought Kelsey-Hayes made these wheels, but I guess not? Was this company a supplier for GM also?

I know Firestone made these wheels, too. There were other companies, I think. I'm pretty sure the 9.75s were not available from factory, just the 8.25s.
