Harry, I have a passenger side that is in excellent condition. I removed it from my 70 and bead blasted, primed, and painted it. Then I bought a pair of tinted windows that have the sash on them so I don't need it. I would sell the driver's side as well but it is still in the truck, so I would need time to get it removed and see what kind of shape it's in.

All the pitting debris was removed by the sandblasting and when primer sealer is used it Seals the surface Hence the words "Primer Sealer". That's OK you build or use what you feel comfortable with.

Harry, I located the RH window sash, but it has some pitting in the window channel also. Here is a pic. If you are interested let me know. I will check the condition of the LH side as soon as I can, may be this weekend though.
