It's the high filler one, dvr side fill, inside bed filler neck cover is rusty at the bottom. I have the switch wiring, valve etc. It's still in the truck, unknown when last used as I just bought the truck.

Yes it does look like the original valve and the shield is present. It's a nice shield. I am sure I have seen them in the past but forgot they had that.
