Replacement Spindle Locknut Eaton H052 Hub
Looking for replacement for this Spindle Lock Nut in brake drum/hub ('67 Chevy C20 PU).
Cleaned-up as I was putting back together and noticed crack in one of four (two each hub). Told Dorman 615-130 will fit, but looks a little less of what is needed? Thoughts? R/ DJ |

Re: Replacement Spindle Locknut Eaton H052 Hub
Seems like the Dorman should be okay. There really shouldn't be any undue stress on that part. I'm thinking the old one may have been over-tightened at some point, or possibly defective.
Curious to see what others will have to say about it...

Can tell that someone at one time used a punch to drive the lock nut loose before, and that is where it is cracked.
