Heater temperature sensor??
Just curious if anyone knows what this sensor may be for.
Sorry but forgot to take a picture. When I pulled the heater box off the firewall to change out the leaky heater core, I notched this Sensor at the top inside the box. My truck is pretty much a plain Jane 70 SWB. No air conditioning etc. just curious if any knows what the sensor may control etc? Thanks

Re: Heater temperature sensor??
Heater resistor, perhaps, if it's got three tabs.

Re: Heater temperature sensor??
I second that. I believe you found the resistor.
