Drum to Disc brake swap
Can I take the disc brakes off a 1971 c10 5lug and put it on a 1970 c10 6lug would I just need 6lug rotors what all has to be took off to work

No, the spindles are different sizes

There are some very reasonably priced disk brake kits that have all the pets you need. I think I found a 6 lug front disk conversion kit for about 500 bucks or so
