Weird electrical issue

Hi All,

I have a 68 c10 stepside swb. Yesterday as I leaving the car wash I decided since the motor was warm, the tires were wet, and the girl with me was hot it would be a good idea to burn out and throw the truck sideways which worked great thanks to my posi. However, Immediately after, all my gauge lights went dark and my cab light stopped working. I know that this is due to a fuse blowing in the fuse block because it happened before. I have no idea what is causing it to blow because its been months since the last time it happened.

Thank you for any help with his problem.

Re: Weird electrical issue

Something is grounding out. Look for wires that have cracked insulation.

Re: Weird electrical issue

Check the wires along the drivers side foot well, likely a short there.
