hey jewels
thanks for the info....it all worked out great.....does your relay switch work on your heater switch, mine don't so I cut some wires and ran only one to the fan...it doesn't blow as fast as before but it works well....i'll figure it out....what did you do about the relay and switch...does it all work for you????

hmmm, i didnt have to touch the relay switch at all -- it still works.... all i did was change out the core....
you can find relay switches (used) at the salvage yards pretty easily (unless Longhorn Man has taken all of them in your area -- he is known for that ) those are a pretty easy replacement -- from the inside - with the glovebox cardboard removed.... you might be able to get at it without removing the glovebox, but i'd have to go out and look to be sure.... as for the fan speed, my fan never really put out a very fast flow... and it doesnt really do it now.... but the heat is really powerful, and i usually dont drive mine in the dead of winter anyways (no salt - thats the rule)... so i cant quite tell ya about flow.... there was no change in mine by just replacing the core..... glad the pics helped.... sorry i had to take down the website, but Purdue made me (i graduated)..... they took away my student priveledges... jewels.
