Floorpan hole identification

Well been searching and searching and cannot figure out what this set of holes is in the cab floor. I did see another truck that had the same hole but not in the same location. Any idea? Going to weld everything back up that I'm not using.

That's not factory, looks like somebody mounted a fuel switching valve at one time
