Your Opinion

I know this isnt the for sale section but need your guys input before I list it.
I'm needing to get rid of my Jimmy. Not sure the market on the 71 Cst Jimmy
Mechanically everything is new. Carb, Alternator, Starter, Engine, Trans, Transfer case was rebuild. No Rust on the body. I have all the Original Cst stuff just was taken off to Rhino line the interior. Thanks for your help guys. Hate to sell but have to make room. I also have the orginal engine for it that still runs good. Just really tired. What should I ask? I have built many muscle cars over the years but never a Jimmy

Re: Your Opinion

How's the paint and body? Is interior restored or original? Is all of the original Blazer parts there? Looks super nice in the pics

Re: Your Opinion

Body Isn't perfect. Alot better than mine for the age. Few dings but no rust. Arizona truck. Interior is all orginal except for the front seats. I had them recovered in Boat vinyl so if they got wet wasnt a big deal. I have all the rear CTS stuff for the rear. Even the leveling mats.

Re: Your Opinion

I'd say at least 15k if all original sheet metal, especially up here in our neck of the woods. Nice truck.

Re: Your Opinion

As far as I know everything is factory except the rockers. I replaced one and the other one looks like it may have been.

Re: Your Opinion

obviously things vary regionally--you'd sell it for 13,000 in the southeast the day its posted. my nephew recently sold his 72 with paint bubbling in spots for more than that. i'd wire you $12k in the morning when the banks open and gladly go to marriage counseling sessions for dragging another blazer home

Re: Your Opinion

No less than 15k here. I would start with that and see what happens.

This is a reduction gear box for proper speedo indication. The gears inside can be replaced to compensate for different tire diameters.

Re: Your Opinion

I have shopped around a lot after buying my second one here in Texas a few months ago. A lot of the sale price here depends on the weather since most people in Texas buy it never intending to keep the top on. I'd guess around here on a good day 17-19k on a bad day 15K. Good luck man. Awesome blazer!
