help me find the size of my engine
i know its a v8 thanks to the vin, but where on the block do i look to find the exact size? theres so much caked on crap i cant even see where it would be.

Driver side on the back of the engine right below the bottom of the head are casting numbers. Get those numbers and then go to Mortec.com and see what you have.

On newer ones it will have the liter size there also. On my 86 camaro it has a 305, so it says '5 0' on the back of the block on the driver's side by the firewall.
