very nice work, I REALLY like the body mods and sheet metal work you have done. I was wondering what type of welder, wire size and gas type you are using, and what settings for volts and wire feed. If you dont mind sharing. ths

For sheet metal I use a Millermatic 135 115v wire welder with 0.30 wire. Wire speed of 40, voltage of 32.5-35. Shielding gas is 75% Argon and 25% Carbon Dioxide mix regulated at 15-18 psi. (DISCLAIMER) I am not a professional hot rod builder or builder. These technique is what works for me. Thanks for the compliments guys!

Thanks for the welding setting notes. I happen to have the same welder. It nice to be able to compare notes and settings from time to time. Please take note you got skills you can be proud of.

awesome thread man, and great work! i too am building a c-10 that belonged to my dad that i have very similar childhood memories to your own in it. im subscribed and will be following along with this build. keep up the killer work!

I've been stackin up some parts. I got a new core support because the stock one had herpe. And the gears and posi came in.
