Thumbs down Poor service from PST!!!!

On Monday 3/12/01 I ordered a FE rebuild kit from PST. This was after calling several times over several days and not reaching someone. Russ picked up the phone and seemed arrogant and rude but I decided to order anyway. As of today 3/20/01 I hadn't received my parts so I decided to give them a call. After explaining to him I had ordered last Monday and hadn't received my parts, there was a slight pause where I could hear him smirk. He then asked for my order # of which I gave him. Then he informed me that my order hadn't shipped out yet. I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted them at this point (since I'm planning on doing the rebuild Fri.). He asked if I wanted to cancel the order of which I replied yes and hung up.
I don't know if Russ is tired of his job or what, but you can be sure I'll get my order from somewhere else and will never shop with this company again. As a cordial shopper I expect better service than this! I had order from PST back in '92 and had received excellent service. I don't know what happened since then as this didn't seem like a one time event.
I normally don't complain on the board like this, however I felt this was worthy and you folks can do what you like with it.

In just the past few months, I ordered spring bushing from PST and there was a weird "special" bushing size for 73 leaf spring eye, as it turned out. They sent me different bushings 3 times without any charge, and in the end I sent them back again and got ones for my new springs that were made to 81-87 specs. They were VERY understanding and helpful. I will still recommend them.

Sorry you had such trouble with them.
