Another Jeep steering shaft question
I've been doing some looking about installing the Jeep Cherokee shaft in our trucks. My question is will this only work on 73 and later year models? Mine is a 1970 and every post I can seem to find is on a later year model..... I have also seen a few posts where people have used shafts from Astro vans. Can someone help clear this up for me please.
Thanks, Anthony |

So I think box spline count/type is the key.. I think the 76 up truck box is the same box input shaft spline as the later g body, and astro/jeep.. |

I can look and see if I can get to it and count.. it's kinda buried in the garage . but if needed I can go there this week end and get the spline count on both ends. or if the column end is a d shape.. |
