I need "the list" for my 65 c10

I have a 250 in it, and plan to keep the 6 in it. I want to do the T5 swap, which I think will help keep the rpm down. (45-50 and it sounds like it is going to take off or explode!). It looks like i will work on rebuilding the front end some and am going back and forth on redoing the drum breaks or going with disc breaks. I want the disc breaks, but it seems (from comments here) that redoing the drums and getting the better dual resivoire master.
