lowering blocks?
wondering if putting lowering blocks ALL AROUND on the 56 would be a bad idea? (on the front leaf spring front end to) what about doing a axle flip on all four coroners? (need cheap ways to lower!)

I dont know about the front, but the axle flip for the back is a cheap way to get a good 6" drop. Thats what I did on mine. Total cost, $38. I made the frame notch kit out of some scrap metal from a local grinding shop and only had to purchase spring perches and U-bolts. I got a friend order them from his mopar dealership. Worked out well and came out cheap, just make sure there is nothing that will interfere, like exaust. I had to cut my exaust off in front of the axle when I first did it until I could get new tubing bent. Good luck. Hope someone else can help you out with the front.

If you do that on the front, don't forget about the scrubb-line (will your truck still roll if you get a flat tire, or will the front axle dig into the pavement). Just depends on how thick the lowering blocks in the front are.
