Looking at the pictures of your truck, I sure wouldn't go with 275/60-15 tires. If you want to keep it sort of original, stick with the steel wheels, hubcaps, and maybe some 235/75-15 tires if you can still find that size. Or at least some 8" rally wheels with 70-series tires, like 255/70-15.
Here are pictures of the 69 C10 I gave my son several years ago. 255/70-15 tires on 73-87 8" rally wheels with later model center caps attached from the back. Truck is lowered approx 1.5" front and 3" rear. ![]()

Paid $1200; sold for $1500 a few years later. Just a hint at the appreciation that was coming. Retired as a factory automation products salesman. Worked part-time over the years for an engine builder and a classic car repair shop. Member here for 26 years! This is the very first car/truck Internet forum I joined.
