Parts house recommendations down south?

I finally have time to start on the restoration of my 70 GMC short bed which has sat patiently in my dry basement for nearly 20 years. I cranked it and drove a mile or two every year and kept the fluids fresh.

Any recommendations for parts suppliers ??? Especially body trim and interior.

I'm north of Atlanta.

I'm in Fayette county..If my order is going to be large I order from LMC in Kansas, because they pay the freight on orders of $1000. My initial order on my 67 GMC came to a little over $5000. and I think the fill rate was better than 95%..unheard of in my opinion and their Return Policy is great..Then I go to Summit in Mcdonough for fill-ins & etc with very good luck. Their Prepaid frt is $99. and a great return policy..
Hope this helps..

Classic Heartbeat is my go to. We have a local part's house here, but I'll pass.

Re: Parts house recommendations down south?

Body: GM - don't bother with aftermarket panels, you're in GA, there should be workable originals somewhere. If you need patch panels try to stick to key parts branded stuff. It still needs work to fit, but it's not too bad and all of the panels I've bought have been as thick, or actually thicker, than OEM.

Trim: Mar-K.

Interior - check out our forum vendors, most of them are very engrained in the 67-72 world and can give you an honest opinion on what fits and what doesn't.
