Been just over a year from my last reply to my original thread, time passes by so quickly. Have the 67 camper over chassis home now for past 4 months, need to get it turned over, or just pull original 327 and tear down. Don't want to damage the standard bore block any more than it is. Bought a 1972 GMC 5 ton with steel equipment ramp deck on the weekend. The truck had a date coded 1969 350/300 hp block, runs unbelievable, and has complete propane system working excellent. Perfect transplant for 67. Also bought a set of factory GM OEM bumperettes in the original box, factory original 1/2 ton full gmc hubcaps, in original box also, GM 6"x9" original speaker in box, $500. 3 ton has factory tach and vacuum gauge. Have not had a chance to go through camper on 67 yet, real soon. Will post some pics soon.
