Long bed weight with tail gate?
Anyone have any idea..
Thanks.. Not for shipping,, but so I can put about the same weight on the back.. to see where The truck is now.. and after the new springs.. As the bed is off. And rather not have to wait till the bed goes back on to get the ride height .. |

Fleet side is about 350# I believe. Probably some more information here on the other posts as well. Maybe 400# tops.

Re: Long bed weight with tail gate?
I'm thinking two guys could pick it up and move it. Guessing around 200-250 pounds.

I'm gonna go 250ish. I just took mine off a few weeks ago and it was busting ass to get it up over the tires with 2 people.

Re: Long bed weight with tail gate?
Tailgates are around 60 lbs, Bedsides are 80-90 lbs each, (both numbers from people who have shipped them) front bed panel, maybe 10 lbs?
Only thing I couldn't find was a floor weight, and I've struggled moving two longbed floors by myself. The floors have to weigh somewhere around 120-150 lbs. 60+80+80+10+120 = 350 lbs? 350-400 lbs would likely be a safe bet.

Re: Long bed weight with tail gate?
My barebones longbox weighs 3880 pounds when empty. If you can weigh the truck without the box, subtract from about 3900, and you'll get the weight of the box.
