paint behind the door hinges?

I'm planning on painting my truck with the doors on. Should I put some paint under the hinges and on the pillar before I get them set in place?

If your painting the whole truck spray 2 coats of epoxy everywhere. No better corrosion resistance than epoxy

Would not the paint act as a sort of a glue and stick and crack when you try to adjust the hinges apon assembly?
