Whats a good cab & stepside bed worth?
I know this is a really tough & subjective question especially with no pics, but could use some opinions on this. Looking at buying a 67 swb stepside that is a project in pieces. Basically I am interested in a bunch of new parts that come with the truck, not the truck itself (already have 1). So if I bought it, I would have to sell off the cab, stepside bed, and rolling frame.
All parts are pretty much rust free & in nice shape. Cab is stripped, has good doors, small window, etc. Bed also is pretty much rust free, wood floor about 80% good, custom louvered tailgate. Chassis is complete with 12 bolt rear & PS box. Any opinions or general ideas as for values would be most appreciated. Thanks Scott

Re: Whats a good cab & stepside bed worth?
i'd say in the magnitude of $4-500 each (cab, bed, frame).

Re: Whats a good cab & stepside bed worth?
that stuff looks really nice, and given your location, I think you could ask a premium for them.
Id start at $1200 for the cab with doors (I think 8-900 would sell it) and wouldn't let that step bed go for less than a grand either (assuming good tailgate, remove couple hundred if missing or crappy). Frames don't seem to go for a lot, but again, your location could push the price to $4-500?

Re: Whats a good cab & stepside bed worth?
The cab and doors are worth there weight in gold if rust free I could see rust free oe doors going for 500 or more around here.
The cab could bring 1k or more depending on condition. Frames can be a tough sell but since it's a swb too the rite person it could be worth 3-600. If i were you i would get it and stash it for a future project since it's in such good condition.

Rust free cab's go for 1200 and up, without a title. Rust free doors are 200-250 each, but people want perfect.

Re: Whats a good cab & stepside bed worth?
Are you talking "original rust free" or "repaired rust free"?

Re: Whats a good cab & stepside bed worth?
Good point there. For reference/my own experience in buying parts, the prices I listed were for original rust free.
