Power Steering conversion and I broke the freekin 4 bolt gear box case plate..HELP!
I was installing the PS steering gear box and had mistakenly put the pitman arm on in the wrong position. While taking the pitman arm back off the 4 bolt case on the gear box opposite side of the pitman arm broke. It's the case that has what looks like an adjustment screw and is sealed with a rubber o-ring. Can I buy another one of these cases??? Any help would be appreciated, my nice day off just turned to sh!t.
Thanks Alex

ouch
Haven't heard of that happening before. This for the 2wd? Reman. or used gear? Unfortunately, most gears will get used as cores. Call Raven, 303-777-6640. They can help you out one way or another. They're on the web, www.ravenpowersteering.com.
Get your truck back??

Thanks Jason. I'll be making a trip into Denver in the morning to go see Raven. Cover plate on gear box is $3.00. I'm also going to have them refill oil and check to make sure everything is OK.
