gasket between np205 transfer case and adapter
Is there a special gasket that goes between the adapter and transfer case on a np205? I just got done swaping out the 10 spline input, for the 27 spline input, but the new adapter doesn't fit tight aginst the t-case. It looks like the input shaft bearing is holding it back.

What transmission do you have? I know with the 4-Speed there are 2 different coupler lengths. www.drivetrain.com has some info on couplers.

I had the sm465 4 speed, switched to turbo 350.

I don't know if there are different coupler lengths on the 350, but there are a lot of variations of the NP205.
