Wheel help, fitting 18x7 and 18x10 in rear. 1972 c15

Fronts are vn8158773 18x7
Rear are vn8158173 18x10
Torq thrust saw an add on Craigslist and after searching forms I can not be 100% sure of fitment before I pull the trigger. Here is the guys original invoice that says some info.
i would be putting them on my 1972 gmc c15 long bed fleetside

After looking at info from American racing the 18x7 has 4 1/4" back space and 18x10 has 5 3/4" back space both 6mm offset and I would be putting on my fleetside 5x5. Any way I can tell if these will fit or any info. Thanks guys

They should. Like I responded in the Torque Thrust thread, a zero offset works well for these trucks. On mine with 17x8 fronts that is 4.5" backspace and the 17x9 rears that is 5". Mine is a stepside truck, so no way I could run that 10" with the 275 55 17 tire that is on mine but a fleetside should have plenty of room. I have a 235 55 17 tire on the front.

My opinion is the more height you can keep on the tire, the better it looks. 235 55 17 is 27" tall and the 275 55 17 is 29" tall.

2.5" disc conversion spindles and 2" springs in the front and a DJM flip kit netted 7" drop in the rear.

It's a 1/4" so I wouldn't think it would be much of an issue.

Well I agree about the tire height. Well I pulled the trigger and picked them up just got home. Paid $900 cash and picked them up after a 40min drive, and last week bought the truck for 3800. He paid 2.1k for the wheels I feel as if I got a bargain. They are like new not a scratch and tires still have the nipples. I think they will look good after a drop. What drop would you guys recommend, I'm open ears. Wheel and tire stats are listed on invoice above, and picture of truck below, %100 stock besides the engine. I will be doing brakes and a drop before I throw these bad boys on and would like to do it all at once.

I've got 2.5 drop spindles from CPP and Hotchkis 2" and 6" drop springs....add some sway bars and a shock relocator kit....you'll love it

I already have front disk. Might go ahead and do rear disk as well. With cpp spindles I can use my stock front breaks? I was thinking to buy a kit with new brakes, caliper, spindle, rotor, bearings etc for front and add some springs, or with cpp spindle could I install and only replace break parts. Then do rear disk ...maybe, or just all new drum componets. Best place to buy is summit? And have a link for some good info on the above and about how hard would it be to replace spindle. I figure it could be a pain, and I do all my work my self.
