Well today all I was gonna do was fix my sagging driver's blazer door.. The door pocket was cracking and I figured I would just weld it back together...

I thought before I mount the door back up I would put on some better hinge's since the one's on the blazer seemed to have a lot of slop in em... Tried to remove the bolt's for the lower hinge ,but apparently the thread boss for the lower hinge was gone... The previous owner remied this by cutting a hole in the kick pannel and putting bolt's with nut's on em.. So I figured I would just weld the nut's to the body and leave em, well when I hit the metal with the disk grinder to get a good ground for the welder bondo dust flew every where... I thought WTF is bondo doing in here... Well I knew that at that point I should have left it alne but ,could not live with so I grabbed the wire wheel and found this!!!!!
