Re: feedback on 4th gen camaro gages in a 68

I prefer a layout close in appearance to original, so in this case, not for me.
However, since I had and used a '94 cluster that looked almost identical for over 20 years ( '94 Firebird T/A w/LT1 6sp ), I have to say I like it!

As has been mentioned before, if you did something with the edge, like a silver/chrome strip or maybe rounded it off, it could look better but I like it. Cool idea.

Ya'll realize this thread is 6 years old right? That aside, I kinda dig it. If it were mine I'd look for some sort of after market to gauge face to go over the stock camaro set up to change it up a little.

I was thinking the exact same thing, lots of aftermarket faces on ebay for only a few bucks. I do think there's too much open real estate in the upper left and right quadrants -- maybe some smaller guages or indicators could fit in those spots.

Truly amazing! How did you fit that into the bezel???
It appears the OP used a glove box door as a starting point

Re: feedback on 4th gen camaro gages in a 68

I just got the resistor I need to hopefully get the oil gauge working with the stock LS sender; I'm still waiting on a connector I need for that project but I'll post details if it works out.

On my connector, I just bridged B11 and B15 so that I can use a single ground-out.
