By "unbolted", that just means you've got it off the frame? If they just bolt together, I might be interested in disassembling it in order to put it in the bed of my other truck. If you're open to offers, I'll shoot you a PM.

Yes, it is just loose from the frame.

I would call it a driver bed, not sure what "good" is to you, it has rust in it and bondo

You are welcome to come look at it, where in NC are you located ?

China grove. Nc. If it is reasonable shape for repair. Not so badly damaged that repair would be unreasonable

I do not think I would try repairing these to be honest. They have small rust holes on the inside of the panels also, I would say this would be good for someone that just needs a bed on a driver or work truck not for a restoration project. Like I say though you are more than welcome to come look but everyone judges what they want or consider fixable differently

Re: 67 long bed

I will take it if you still have it.

I can't take the whole thing though, I don't have any way to get the floor home, my trailer isn't anywhere big enough.

I don't remember, but do you have any torches? I can break the majority of the bolts with an impact pretty quickly, but the ones that won't break always seem to be in a PIA spot.

I also sent you a PM about the other one.

Re: 67 long bed

I do not think this would be your best choice the other bed I have there is much better for patches but that also depends on where you need them from

Re: 67 long bed

I figured if you were going to scrap it it would be worth looking at and I was thinking of being greedy and getting both out of your way.

I do remember it was quite wavy, but some people are idiots with bondo and what only needed a little to be straight they added a ton and made it worse... Maybe we'll just torch the ends and bottoms off and I'll make a wall hanger/bench out of it like this:

I've seen the 67-72 C10 version on here, but don't have time to find it. The tailgate drops and you can actually sit on it.

That was my intentions with the gray primered bed as I have a crappy tailgate I was going to use in my man cave
