Re: Restoration complete and on the road!

Great job made even more impressive by the fact you have done it with back issues. Been down that road. NO FUN! I hope your surgery goes well as well as your recovery.
Best of luck to you.

yes.. it sure is. Just a few minor issues I had to work through this week. Calipers were hanging up, exhaust rubbing, etc Truck sat for several years so that's to be expected.

Very nice truck! I'd say you did really good only having $8200 in this truck.

Surgery went good today. 5 months of leg pain gone. I forgot what normal felt like.
I can drive in 7 days and my C10 is waiting patiently for me.
In the mean time soak up some sun at the dock!
Thanks everyone who posted the nice compliments on my truck. I'm having a blast with it.

That's a great looking truck! Hard to beat the two tone look. I had thought of making mine all red with the white cab. My wife talked me out of it. I am glad she did. Beautiful job for 3 months. Very, very nice looking truck! We hit a cruise in together, we leave in Ashland.

Oh cool for sure. I'm in fairview park by Hopkins airport.
Surgery success and I'm feeling good. Buddies doing the under hood work for me. Valve stem seals.
