Common sense would tell you that if you were going to pick up a truck with no axles & hundreds of miles away, you would at least find out some of the specifications/ details out before you said you would take it , that's what I did.

I had already agreed to take this truck before blt even had commented on it.

I can see BLT wants it pretty bad so I'll bow out if it's ok with sunsoaked, since it's his deal.

The "I'll Take It" usually trumps lower offers and sometimes general questions & comments. Maybe, if you sure you want it, IF it is right for you--- you might say "I will take it IF...". That makes it clear you are seriously interested.
The number of people calling for items and them passing, is really a hassle.
