Re: How low is too low?

"adequate" clearance as approved by govt.*"

I'm not surprised the govments got their fingers in it, but I've never heard this before

gieco may be part of that...I've got state farm and they've never had a issue with my vehicles..

Re: How low is too low?

If you can drive it and you're okay with rubbing, grinding and replacing parts every season, there is no such thing as "too low".

"Too Low" to the point of wrecking your truck or hurting someone else in the process should be the number one factor. I love most any vehicle slammed, but not to the point of crashing or losing control. even a flat tire can be life threatening if any major components are hanging low.

Safety above all else..

I agree 100%. Safety is paramount.

I drove lowered cars growing up. For some reason all of my buddies drove just as slow as I did because we knew we were in heavily modified vehicles. I don't remember even going the speed limit most of the time.

For me, the lower you go, the slower you go. I assumed that people understood this. I wont make that mistake again. - My bad.

Re: How low is too low?

the last insurance write off I bought for parts was caused by a blown drivers side front tire.
