Question Bucket Seats?

I am looking to install some buckets inmy 80 truck,I have the seats out of my Trans-Am that I want to use but they will sit to low!!Is there aftermarket brakets I can buy to mount them on?If so part# or where to get them?thanks in advance

I don't think that you can buy aftermarket brackets that will fit those seats and bolt to the original bolt pattern of our trucks. You will prolly have to fabricate some custom brackets for them to fit.

well I know the seats bolt up to the factory holes,cause we put camaro buckets in my buddy's 82,we just had to drill two new holes for the other side of the seat,they fit like a glove cept for the fact that they were to low and leaned foward a little.I just need the brackets aftermarket or factory and I'll fab the seats to bolt to them thanks Nate

sinister, obiously if they sit too low, and you have to drill holes, they arent fitting right. you need to custom make some brackets to mount them to. nobody makes a bracket to bolt F-body seats in a truck, NOBODY.
