For discussion sake lets decipher a truck......

So I was youtubing again looking at old music videos and came across a song i like and decided to watch the video and in video was a odd looking Squarebody that was possibly sold outside the US or taken to Sweden.......more info to follow.....the song "Save Tonight" by Eagle Eye Cherry........

The monochrome video for the song, filmed at Skånegatan 92-94 in Stockholm's Södermalm district, features Cherry playing different characters and seeing the story from different perspectives. The first is a man readying for a date by buying roses and a bottle of wine at a deli. He then tells the butcher "goodbye" and the camera reveals that the butcher is in fact Cherry himself. A robber wearing tights (bought in the very first scene of the music video, which is watched by Cherry via shop window) then comes along and takes the money out of the cash register. As he leaves, however, he is run over by a pickup truck, and as bystanders help him up, he is revealed to actually be Cherry, as well as the driver in the truck.

The truck in question appears in the video at the 1:10 mark but as the video goes on you see truck is a 1980 or earlier with bucket seats that seem to come from an later model full size Blazer.....so what do you think after purchase swap or factory sold out of the country.....maybe some of our Canadian bretheren can speak on this combination.......guys this is point that is just for discussion since we talk about a lot of stuff I thought could be an interesting topic.......laterz and thanks.....

Looks like a Frankenstein to me.

I wouldn't put a lot of credence into what the factory did or didn't do based on a truck seen in a music video.
