whats a radio worth?

I saw in the junkyard today a orig. 72 chevy radio.... was waondering what it was worth.... only an am radio though... sorry

depends on if it works, as well as its completeness and physical condition... if the faceplate is pitted and/or the knobs are missing, an AM radio is not gonna be worth much...

Working AM radios in good physical condition are starting to become worth more... do a search on ebay for "chevy truck radio", using the "completed items" option in advanced search, and you'll see what they're selling for... I think I've seen some decent examples sell for about $30....
