Yes, but it would probaly look out of place, unless you changed the dash pad and guage bezel too. If you need doors for a pre 77 truck, you can weld the interior skin of 73-76 do on to the shell of a 77-87 door shell (or 73-91, with burbs blazers, and crew cabs.) So you can still use the early door panels. 73-87 cabs are all the the same, so if you do not care about cosmetics, doors from all years should interchange with no problems.
