I've been busy...

I've been working on putting in my bowtie overdrives TH700R4. While my truck is in pieces I've been driving my little bro's car which we just got last week. A 1976 yellow Honda Civic CVCC station wagon. I've been working on that thing too like crazy. 4 speed. 59,000 original miles!!!!! We got it for FREE too.

A couple of pics for you!

In my grandpa's shop - space for working on 3 cars at one time - and we did! Mine, the '37 Buick, & my uncle's 82 stepper - I would get pics of it but it is really ugly and oaky right now - that's what you get for $1000!

Bye bye old POS

Maybe this is why it made noise in reverse sometimes?

Waiting to be installed

For those interested...

Can you tell me how you did the bowtie lit up on you're grille? I'm thinking about doing something like that one mine.

What stage trans did you get?

I was impressed with B.O. quality and customer service, curious to see if you feel the same.

I have no idea what the rims are - they have been on there for 12+ years. The hold 275/60 15s perfect

PC:
Windows XP (It is kinda old)
1600+ AMD Athlon XP
512 DDR
GeForce 4 Ti 4200 128Mb 8XAGP
40 gig & a 160 gig hard drives - both ATA 133
Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum
12 fans - most controlled by temp sensors and switches
It's LOUD!

The light up bowtie is a Lumilogo f/ Topline. They have a website but it is crappy and I can't find it any more. I got mine from stylinconcepts.com

I have a stage 2 700. There service is great so far. The cooler lines on the tranny were cross threaded when I got it though. I had to use the old tranny fittings.

Doh! Crossthreaded, hmm... Dont they test drive every transmission? they dont test with the same fittings they send out w/ the transmission? Oh well at least it wasnt the threads in the transmission case that were messed up.
