Backup Light and Safety Switch Assembly

My Dad has a 1976 1ton chassis Motor Home and the Back Up light and safety switch assembly is broke. It is a combined unit that mounts on the transmission and has four connectors. We believe this to be a 400 tranny.

Does anyone have a parts source for this item?

Thanks for your assistance.

Jim

ps. I had this posted in the 73-87 parts and message board without any luck thusfar. I thought I would try here as there are a lot of members that help out. Thanks again.

NAPA?
I've never seen it on the tranny...at least, not on something old like that, always on the column.
