Door hinge opinions
It’s seems as though my passenger side door hinges are worn out. I can lift the door up and down when the door is open and it’s a bear to close. I’m wondering if I should put new pins and bushings in the original hinges or if I should spend the extra money and buy goodmark hinges. It’s definitely cheaper to rebuild them, but is it just worth spending the extra money to buy new. Some of the aftermarket parts we know are cheaply made, but I had good luck with a goodmark window regulator. All opinions and advice are wanted here. Thank you.

Re: Door hinge opinions
IMO, rebuild the originals. It's an easy job & they'll be as good or better than the goodmark ones.

Re: Door hinge opinions
I agree, rebuild the originals...but, I have probably rebuilt 40 of them and not a single one of them was easy...you will need a very good vice, high quality pin punches and possibly a torch to heat them up, you may even need a air hammer. I actually only use an air hammer, those pins are very tight.
