Re: Help with proper rag joint size
So if it is a 13/16 31 spline there are two listed, 1" and a 3/4". Any clue which one it is?

Re: Help with proper rag joint size
Yesterday I replaced the missing rag joint. I went with a "Lares 201" which is a 13/16" 31 spline with 3 1/4" OD coupler from RockAuto, cost $23.76 delivered to my mailbox in three days. Fit was perfect and solved another piece of the puzzle.

Re: Help with proper rag joint size
I need one of these also.
The Lares 201 is the one to buy I guess? It looks right in the pictures. I need one for my 1972 Jimmy, just got a new Redhead steering box and don't want to use the old one. Thanks |
