options for running vintage A/C and heater hoses with smooth firewall.
I know there's been quite a few threads about this before but I'm looking for a clean alternative to go possibly straight through the side of the cab above the fresh air vent and possibly into the passenger fender area. I would like it to be hidden as much as possible. Looking for experience from someone , with pics if possible. 1968 factory a/c cab.Smooth firewall.Newest vintage air kit.

Go behind the passenger inner fender down to the floor and back into the cab for a very clean look are as stated come through the side of the cab into the fresh air way.

Does anyone have any pics of this or any other ideas to make the routing shorter and going all the way down and all the way back up then forward?

Many of the pictures in the old threads are gone, due to the photobucket fiasco. However, if you search the site for "Vintage Air Hoses", you'll find a number of threads where folks have run their hoses through the fender, or have a smoothed firewall with Vintage air.

Well this is what I ended up doing, and it wasn't too bad once you modify the piping for the hot water valve to the heater core. Then pulling the fender and inner Fender allowed good access to the cavity to drill and insert grommets. Other than that just normal A To B hose routing.
