'59 panel

I saw a '59 panel today. The guy said to make an offer, but I really don't know much about these years. I'm looking for a '67-'72 panel to restore, so maybe someone wants to make a swap? I didn't have a camera with me today, but this panel has a decent body, some rust low along the box sides, no engine (the owner says it came with a factory V8, but it's long gone) perfect chrome grill. The cab seems mostly undamaged, but it's hard to tell 'cause it's chock full 'o junk, mostly used tires. Ballpark figure, anyone? What are these worth?

Really hard to say without photos, but most likely between $1-3k would be good......
