Lower Control Arm Shaft Question
I picked up some new lower control arm shafts with bushings for my 66 and was planning on doing the caster mod on them but the holes on the new shaft are not inline like I had seen in pictures. I haven't pulled mine yet but the description says C10 and C20 on classic parts. The holes are clocked differently at each end, did I buy the right parts?

Re: Lower Control Arm Shaft Question
I don't think there is a locating pin on both the front and back of the crossmember? So it should not be an issue?

Re: Lower Control Arm Shaft Question
This is the thread I was looking at, he had 2 holes on a 65. Maybe it has a newer crossmember?

Re: Lower Control Arm Shaft Question
I drilled new holes in the shafts of my '77, and THEN discovered there was only one pin in the crossmember to locate them, not two.

Re: Lower Control Arm Shaft Question
Thanks! Is the locating pin towards the front or the rear of the truck?
