Center console floor spacer for bucket seats

Where these brackets universal on all 1973+ blazer consoles? I have a console with the round cup holders but don't have the mounting bracket.

I believe they are. I usually only install the consoles in 67-72 trucks and blazers so I don't need the 73-up floor spacer. Thanks, Harlow
