With the power output a lot more than I originally planned (was going to be a cam only motor originally) I had to upgrade my monster clutch to a twin-disc good for 700/700. They got it out to me a week quicker than I was expecting so the engine and transmission got mated together and put into the truck this weekend.

Actually did the first in-truck fire-up this past weekend. I'm updating mostly on instagram these days. I'm at 70_nc_c10
There was a bunch of scope-creep. As usual, touch one thing and it affects three others. I have just a few more big-ticket items to do to finish it - power steering (ordering next week), radiator/fans and exhaust. Unfortunately that still adds up to a bunch of money so its still going to be a little while to complete as I "pay as I go" with my monthly truck allowance.
