My latest parts purchase.
Ive had a pair of 15x8 5x5 truck wheels for a few years now. Finally found a set of 4 poverty caps. I’m still looking for 2 more wheels that I may never find. The funny thing is, they are for a truck I haven’t bought yet. Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself. 🤣

Re: My latest parts purchase.
No. You're right. That's how it works. My '67 GMC project started out as a front clip I bought at a swap meet with a friend's needs in mind. By the time I caught up to him he traded the truck to his son and his son had sold it. I have to admit, I really didn't mind getting stuck with it

Re: My latest parts purchase.
Thank guys. The wife asked what I was buying parts for. I told her decoration for now. It’s not an entirely unplanned project. A friend of mine has a 69 C10 swb that we’re working out a deal on. I’m shooting for the “old shop truck” theme on this one. It has some nice patina but some not so nice rust.

Re: My latest parts purchase.
Patina is just paint with the letters switched around... and an extra 'a'

Re: My latest parts purchase.
Do you have any pics of your wheels on the truck? Do the center caps fit well?
